About the Role

  • Provide high level clinical pharmacy services and day to day clinical supervision and support to less experienced pharmacy practitioners in high acuity and complex inpatient units
  • Facilitate education and training of undergraduate, intern, resident, general level pharmacists and pharmacy support staff in clinical and hospital pharmacy practice.
  • Participate in the design, implementation and evaluation of pharmacy practitioner development programs, particularly for paediatric practice, in liaison with existing conjoint positions, preceptors and education and training pharmacist.
  • Actively participate in teaching and training, service development and improvement, supervision and departmental planning.
