Delivering Excellence in Correctional Infrastructure
In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects that meet stringent security standards, operational priorities, and fiscal strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in:
- Driving Strategic Delivery: Aligning project objectives with agency goals, operational priorities, and budgetary constraints to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensuring Secure Environment Expertise: Leading the delivery of infrastructure projects within secure environments, ensuring compliance with security protocols, safety legislation, and operational standards.
- Translating Stakeholder Needs: Effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to translate operational needs into fit-for-purpose facility and technology solutions.
