Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Undertake the Role of Principals' Representative or Administrator under TMR Infrastructure Contracts. Including TIC-CO (Transport Infrastructure Contracts - Construct Only) and MIC-CO (Minor Infrastructure Contracts) MIC-CO. Other contract form management may also be required within this role.
• Provide high level engineering expertise on Contract management of transport infrastructure, including development of Management plans to optimise the return on investment in road and bridge, construction, Capital works, maintenance and rehabilitation
• Manage the development of construction strategies to respond to the demands of industry and road users and to maximise the return on investment in the road network
• Ensure all quality and environmental aspects of the project are identified and addressed to maintain effective operation and project delivery
• Supervise and co-ordinate resource allocation with the expectation that you would encourage effective teamwork and foster a positive attitude toward the achievement of organisational objectives
• Identify and manage networks and alliances of all stakeholders and manage the expectations and issue of all parties including identifying possible political and high risk matters to ensure they are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
