Are you passionate about creating safer workplaces and driving positive change? Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking a dynamic Manager (Workplace Health and Safety) to lead the implementation of Translink Division's safety program. In this pivotal permanent role, you'll design and deliver business change initiatives that enhance safety governance and management across our transport network operations.

You'll work closely with health and safety professionals, operational teams, and senior management to ensure compliance, develop performance reporting, and provide expert advice on legislation and best practices. Your strategic thinking and data-driven insights will help shape a future-state safety operating model and governance framework, while your leadership will foster a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
