As the Principal Project Officer, you will engage with stakeholders across the state in the successful identification, planning and implementation of change to services and processes designed to improve the timeliness and efficiency of Payroll Transactional Services.
What you'll do
- Provide specialist expert advice in relation to assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of IWFM including the evaluation of risks identified for the proposed implementation.
- Lead cross team collaboration to ensure thorough business impact assessments, change management and transition activities are undertaken to support the effective delivery of solutions according to agreed criteria.
- Develop plans for the implementation of project initiatives including monitoring, controlling, readiness, lesson learnt and reporting of project and program performance against plans, deliverables, and schedules.
About you
We are searching for someone with:
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination and delivery of complex project(s) and/or programs, with experience within a payroll service environment an advantage, and preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Expertise in, and understanding of, appropriate project and program management methodologies producing a high standard of management products from project or program establishment throughout delivery and closeout.
- Advanced communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively liaise, consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders and build positive relationships in an environment of change.
- Demonstrated ability to develop significant documents, reports and communications material in relation to implementation activities that impact to stakeholders.
