About your role

As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills (ENAS), you will provide high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate care under the indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse. Working across Stradbroke Ward, you'll bring advanced clinical skills, adaptability, and leadership to optimise patient outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering safe, person-centred care across medical, surgical, orthopaedic, gynaecology, and palliative care patients.
  • Supporting the nursing team by mentoring, guiding, and sharing knowledge with colleagues and students.
  • Applying evidence-based practice and engaging in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contributing to a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability within the multidisciplinary team.

About you

You are a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse who brings advanced skills and a commitment to high-quality care.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated advanced skills, knowledge, and experience in medical/surgical nursing.
  • Ability to deliver person-centred care that aligns with safety and quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts in line with roster requirements.
  • Advanced Diploma of Nursing or currently enrolled in a post graduate program in a relevant area of study (high desirable)
