About your opportunity:
Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service is committed to creating and monitoring digital health and IM/ICT systems and processes for continuous improvement of the safety and quality of its services, and ensuring they are person centred, safe, secure, effective and accessible.
About your role:
- Provide effective and timely support to CHHHS stakeholders for local applications and systems through investigation and diagnosis of ICT infrastructure incidents, system faults and failures; and implement remedial actions to ensure service levels and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate and/or assist in performance testing of physical and virtual server components/solutions.
- Assist in the delivery of Digital Health and ICT related services and projects for CHHHS managed and local applications and systems by utilising appropriate service and project management methodologies.
- Provide advice on the status of risks, issues and service requests to Digital Health Technical Services staff and management ensuring service standards and performance measures are achieved.
