Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide advanced clinical leadership and decision-making to support safe, effective, and person-centred care across a broad range of patient cohorts.

  • Coordinate and mentor the nursing team, including supporting ENs, RNs, students, and colleagues to build capability and maintain high standards of practice.

  • Drive quality and safety improvements, actively engaging in incident reporting, clinical governance, research, and innovation initiatives.

  • Support patient flow and unit performance, working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to achieve key performance indicators and deliver safe, timely care.

Remuneration value up to $131 900 p.a., comprising salary between $107 960 - $115 604 p.a. (f/t), or salary rates: $54.44 - $58.30 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1) (full time or part time position available).
