Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with NMBA standards, legislation, and Sunshine Coast Health's values.

• Provide leadership in clinical practice, including coordinating care, delegating tasks, and mentoring ENs, AINs, students, and colleagues.

• Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement by identifying risks, participating in incident reviews, and contributing to best practice outcomes.

• Engage in education and professional development, supporting your own learning while providing health promotion, orientation, and teaching for others.

Salary between $82 753 - $106 144 p.a. (f/t), or salary rates: $41.73 - $53.53 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) (Nurse Grade 5) (several full time and part time positions available). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
