We're seeking a seasoned leader to drive financial accountability, procurement, and governance within our infrastructure portfolio. As Manager Asset Infrastructure and Governance, you'll oversee quality, consistency, and timely delivery of financial responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities:
• Policy Governance: Manage Command's Policy library, ensuring accuracy, currency, and accessibility.
• Operational Performance: Develop and implement Divisional Operational Plans, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster trusted relationships, develop governance frameworks, and understand stakeholder complexities.
• Team Leadership: Monitor workload, resources, and budget, while providing team management, development, and operational readiness.
Essential Requirements:
• Senior-level financial accounting and/or procurement experience in facilities, asset management, or construction.
• Sound knowledge of procurement and financial frameworks in a complex government context.
• Proven experience in business governance, continuous improvement, risk management, and process optimisation.
