Your new role:

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering education programs that support the professional growth of nurses and midwives at Metro South Health. You will make a meaningful impact by building workforce capability and strengthening patient care outcomes. You will:

• Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of graduate, orientation and student placement programs.
• Provide expert clinical and educational leadership to foster a positive learning culture.
• Partner with nurse leaders and multidisciplinary teams to support ongoing capability development.
• Contribute to innovation, research and continuous improvement in nursing education and practice.

About you:

You are an experienced nurse leader and educator who thrives on developing others, driving best practice, and building strong professional cultures.  You will have:

• Current NMBA registration and relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Proven expertise in nursing education, program development and clinical facilitation.
• Advanced knowledge of evidence-based practice, simulation and workforce development.
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills with the ability to inspire and engage staff

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
