About the role

The Supply Officer is responsible for undertaking a range of tasks associated with inventory management and physical distribution of clinical supplies and equipment throughout facilities within Metro North Health. The Supply Officer is required to provide a high level of client focused service to ensure a high-quality, responsive supply service.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and

  • Promote a culture of high-level customer service to build relationships with customers (clinical and non-clinical staff) and
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential supply and ordering issues, including pricing variations, receipting, and invoicing discrepancies and interrogation of vendor proof of

 

  • Undertake administrative tasks and business processes that support business
  • Provide input relevant to supply functions at appropriate forums and committees to support the Metro North Supply Division.
