About the Role:
• Manage and contribute to a range of initiatives, including business change and digital projects, digitally enabled change, customer service transformation and digitisation, and strategic procurement projects.
• Collaborate with other Project Managers to drive successful delivery of high-profile or at-risk projects.
• Lead and influence the delivery of programs and projects in line with DLGWV project management frameworks, including Prince2, PMBOK, and Agile methodologies.
• Provide proactive leadership across all aspects of project and program delivery, including status reporting, scheduling, change and risk management, communications, budgeting, quality assurance, benefits tracking, and escalation management.
• Prepare or oversee complex reports, briefing notes, presentations, and correspondence for senior and executive management.
• Facilitate effective communication to support change adoption and manage expectations, drawing on lessons learned.
• Exercise sound judgment and authority to coordinate divisional requirements, manage competing priorities, and achieve project outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, government, industry, and non-government partners.
• Use your technical expertise to lead and drive key technical discussions and deliveries, ensuring the successful implementation of complex digital solutions.

• Demonstrated expertise in Digital Deliveries and technical expertise to lead and drive technical discussions.
• Strong communication skills to build internal and external relationships to deliver projects supported by appropriate consultation and engagement.
• Ability to influence best practice planning standards and display sound governance.
