The Senior Executive Support Officer is responsible for providing a range of confidential executive and secretariat and administrative services to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Council members and staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide high level confidential executive and secretariat support to the CEO and Council members in a complex, fast-paced and sensitive working environment.
- Delivering high-quality, proactive administrative and operational support to the CEO, including calendar and correspondence management, expense processing and travel coordination.

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide necessary information and clarification of issues.
The successful person
To be successful in this position, you will need to have demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative and secretariat support to senior executives and/or a board, working with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
