Your new role:
As Operations Manager within the Digital Health & Informatics directorate, you will provide high-quality operational leadership and coordination to ensure the effective delivery of CCIO priorities and directorate outcomes. You will play a key role in translating strategy into delivery by:
- Acting as the primary operational partner to the Chief Clinical Information Officer.
- Coordinating directorate workflows, governance forums, planning cycles and reporting.
- Overseeing workforce planning, recruitment pipelines and onboarding processes.
- Developing and monitoring KPIs, performance frameworks and risk registers.
- Supporting digital health initiatives with operational data, compliance and governance inputs.
- Building effective relationships with clinical, operational, ICT, university and industry stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement, process optimisation and digital adoption.
About you:
You will be an experienced and strategic leader, with the ability to manage complex operations while influencing outcomes across a diverse health service. Your background will demonstrate strength in:
- Providing operational support and advice to senior executives and clinical leaders.
- Coordinating strategic planning cycles, workforce management and directorate operations.
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders across health, ICT and industry.
- Preparing high-quality reports, briefs and submissions to support decision-making.
- Managing governance, risk, compliance and audit matters in a complex environment.
- Applying knowledge of digital health operations and healthcare systems to enable successful service delivery.
- Leading and supporting continuous improvement, change and workforce development initiatives.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary health care centre providing care in most major adult specialties. We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant.
