As the Clinical Informatics you will provide clinical expertise and consultancy through advanced clinical leadership. The Clinical Informatics Principal Project Officer provides advanced clinical insight and will work in collaboration with the wider project members and associated stakeholders to lead change, engagement, and education activities to ensure successful implementation of the digital tools including the Paediatric Comprehensive Assessment and Care Planning tool.

About the Role

In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:

  • Collaborate with the other members of the Comprehensive Assessment and Care Planning Project team to develop, implement, translate and evaluate the implementation of the Digital Paediatric Comprehensive Care Planning Tool (PCCPT) in alignment with clinical practice standard guidelines, policies, procedures and protocols using an evidence-based approach to clinical care and practice

In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values.

Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Schedule 2, Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award - State 2015 – Generic Level Statements (GLS) Nurse Grade 7 and the Queensland Health and Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQHHS) commitments and values, in achievement of the organisational goals and Domains of Practice.
