Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Principal Advisor, People and Culture, you will provide HR generalist advice and support across a broad range of HR matters and projects. Your role will be crucial resolving complex employee issues through the provision of effective case management support.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex employee issues through the provision of effective case management support and workplace interventions.
- Providing HR generalist advice across a range of areas, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- Supporting the Principal HR Advisor in the delivery and coordination of various HR projects.
- Developing, implementing and advising on HR strategies, policies and practices supporting strategic direction and operations.

You are an enthusiastic HR generalist with a strong ability to build relationships and provide case management support across all areas of HR.
