About you:
In your new role you will……
- Utilise high level Occupational Therapy knowledge and skills in the area of NDIS and complex discharge planning to provide advice, clinical guidance, and consultation to CHHHS senior management, clinical staff and other relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise and work effectively in a professional manner with clients and their carers, other health professionals, students, and external agencies to achieve a client centred approach, utilising negotiation, and conflict resolution skills as required.
- Lead professional, patient safety and service improvement activities in the area of NDIS practice and initiatives including the development and evaluation of CHHHS policy, procedures, guidelines, and training / education initiatives.
