Your new role:

As a Rotational Occupational Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based, patient-centred care across multiple clinical areas. You'll manage an allocated caseload, contribute to interprofessional care planning, and work collaboratively with patients, carers, and the healthcare team to optimise health and functional outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering clinical assessment, treatment, and discharge planning in acute, rehabilitation, and outpatient areas
  • Providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions and patient education
  • Participating in quality improvement, service evaluation, and research initiatives
  • Contributing to the supervision of students and allied health assistants
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting
  • Collaborating with interprofessional teams to support patient safety and continuity of care
  • Participating in weekend rotations once clinical competency is achieved

About you:

We are seeking motivated and adaptable clinicians who thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. You will bring enthusiasm for patient-centred care, teamwork, and continuous learning.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA
  • Clinical experience (or placement exposure) within acute, rehabilitation, or community settings
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development
  • Willingness to work across weekend and rotational shifts
  • A current Class C driver's licence
