About the Role
As Head of School (Senior - Years 10-12), you will lead with vision and integrity to inspire a culture of academic excellence, aspiration, and future readiness. You will play a central role in shaping senior pathways, post-school success, and student leadership, while ensuring continuity of learning across the P-12 journey. Working collaboratively with the Executive Principal and Executive Leadership Team, you will contribute to strategic direction and whole-college improvement.
In addition to leading your campus community, you will hold a strategic portfolio that influences practice and outcomes across the entire College, reinforcing the connected and cohesive nature of our P-12 service delivery.
Your Responsibilities
As the Head of School, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the school community to develop, articulate, and commit to a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Upholding the principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral endeavour.
- Embedding socially just practices in everyday school life.
- Setting high expectations for student and staff performance.
- Modelling lifelong learning and professional growth.
- Building partnerships with parents, tertiary institutions, industry, and community partners to support student pathways.
- Leading strategically and fostering future-oriented practice.
- Ensuring understanding and implementation of relevant legislation and policies impacting schooling.
- Managing resources effectively to achieve school and departmental goals.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will work collaboratively to deliver outstanding educational outcomes and shape the lives of tomorrow's leaders today.
