About your opportunity

The key objectives of the Nursing Clinical Trial Coordinator position are to gather high quality clinical research data and maintain optimum health care to research participants at the standard of practice, in accordance with the National Health Medical and Research Council (NHMRC), Good Clinical Practice Guidelines (GCP) and the International Committee of Harmonisation (ICH).  The incumbent will contribute to the research team lead by a nominated Principal Investigator, and to develop research expertise through the pursuit of defined projects relevant to a specific defined Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) Service Group.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification and registration with AHPRA.
  • Good Clinical Practice Certificate (GCP) (or willingness to acquire within 1 month of commencement.

Highly desirable:
Clinical trials experience.
