As an Operations Support Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering essential services to Queenslanders.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with a small, dynamic team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Delivering frontline customer service, addressing complaints, and offering advice to customers and stakeholders.
  • Administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) and other passenger transport services.
  • Assisting with the performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
  • Keeping up to date with procedural and legislative guidelines to ensure compliance.

You'll also demonstrate Individual Contributor competencies aligned with the Queensland Government Leadership Framework, including:

  • Makes insightful decisions
  • Builds enduring relationships
  • Drives accountability and outcomes
  • Pursues continuous growth

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
  • Have a current C class driver's licence
  • Some intra-state travel may be required.
