As an Operations Support Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering essential services to Queenslanders.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with a small, dynamic team to ensure efficient operations.
- Delivering frontline customer service, addressing complaints, and offering advice to customers and stakeholders.
- Administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) and other passenger transport services.
- Assisting with the performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
- Keeping up to date with procedural and legislative guidelines to ensure compliance.
You'll also demonstrate Individual Contributor competencies aligned with the Queensland Government Leadership Framework, including:

- Builds enduring relationships

- Pursues continuous growth
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
- Have a current C class driver's licence
- Some intra-state travel may be required.
