About us:

The Gladstone Integrated Service, located in Gladstone, comprises the Adult Mental Health Service, Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS), Step-Up Step-Down Unit, and Alcohol and Other Drugs Service. It delivers specialised care to the Gladstone community and surrounding areas through a range of interventions, including assessment, case management, therapeutic treatment, support, consultation, and referral. The service collaborates closely with local hospitals, other Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs teams, as well as primary health, community, and private sector providers to reduce symptoms and promote recovery.

About the role:

The Mental Health Clinician within Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS) provides high-quality, evidence-based clinical care as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on achieving improved health outcomes for children and young people experiencing mental illness, as well as supporting their families within a specialised Child and Youth Mental Health setting.

About you:

Hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice in any of the following:

  • Occupational Therapy
  • Psychology
  • Social Work
  • Registered Nurse

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $131,900 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $54.44 - $58.30 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
