About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert advice to leaders on staff mental health and wellbeing, ensuring alignment with best practices and organisational priorities.
  • Design, develop, and implement innovative wellbeing strategies, programs, and projects, including managing large-scale contracts like the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Review and refine existing wellbeing initiatives to address organisational needs and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with corporate and regional wellbeing consultants to provide resources, support, and training for managing psychosocial risks.
  • Represent the department in forums, deliver workshops, and build networks to promote contemporary health and wellbeing practices.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on staff wellbeing across Queensland.

Please Note: This position may require intermittent travel to regional locations.
