  • Provide high quality support and assistance with the preparation of audit reports, briefs, memorandums, submissions and executive and ministerial correspondence which comply with Departmental style guides using MINCOR
  • Provide daily administrative, calendar and communication support for the General Manager and ad hoc assistance to the Business Support Officer
  • Demonstrate your understanding and application of Delegations (Financial / HR) and the QCS HR Services intranet portal
  • Undertake routine financial administrative tasks including payment of invoices (SAP) and reconciliation of cab charge vouchers
  • Assist with monthly budget preparation with the monitoring of financial transactions, reconciliation of accounts and
  • completion of end of month accruals
  • Undertake the procurement and maintenance of office assets, stationery and communication technology including the upkeep and audit of the asset register
  • Provide support and assistance in the use of office communication, technology, filing and record keeping; such as RECFIND and MINCOR
  • Book, manage and reconcile all travel including flights, accommodation and car hire using CTM
  • Timely review and lodgement of HR paperwork for payroll purposes to QSS Self Service Centre including leave and timesheet reconciliation
  • Monitor, review and allocate items from Sentence Management Services Inbox and respond to basic payroll enquiries utilising the QCS HR Services Intranet portal
  • Manage QFLEET including reconciliation of logbooks, monitoring of vehicle maintenance and ordering of new vehicles, fuel and toll tags
  • Liaise with Facilities for ID cards, Security for building access and IT for network access of staff in Sentence Administration Unit
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, respond to new and unexpected events and appropriately escalate issues

The role description provides the minimum requirements for the role. The incumbent may be required to undertake other duties as required outside of these primary accountabilities.
