  • Salary range: $90,832 to $100,071 p.a. (AO4)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity

  • Coordinate and manage all recruitment, appointment, induction and on boarding functions for the medical staff of the Surgical Service Group, ensuring provision of a, customer focused and, high quality service.
  • Provide high-level advice and support to doctors with regard to relocation entitlements, recruitment options, workplace inductions and payroll enquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve issues relating to medical employee appointments and conditions of employment and act flexibly and resourcefully, seeking further support from the Business Partner's when required.
  • Apply high level administrative skill and expertise, discretion, problem-solving and judgement to work with a high degree of autonomy and consistently meet deadlines.
