We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic hands-on Ranger with demonstrated experience in fire operations, disaster management, incident response and protected area management to join the Central and Northern Regional Fire Teams.
Our dedicated Ranger staff make a meaningful impact by contributing to the longterm sustainability and conservation of the protected areas and cultural values. In this role you will work with regional staff in delivering the annual planned burn program and respond to fire incidents across both regions.

· GIS skills, which will be highly regarded

Two Permanent Full-time positions available in Central Region- Rockhampton, Townsville or Mackay and Northern Region- Cairns or Atherton (other locations may be considered within the region)
