About the IT Service Area

Located within the Strategy, Policy and Planning Division, our IT Service Area comprises three dynamic teams:

  • ICT Categories and Contracts
  • Enterprise Architecture and Program Delivery
  • IT Operations

This role sits within the Enterprise Architecture and Program Delivery team, where strategic thinking meets execution excellence.

About your new role

As a Solution Architect, you will:

  • Design cost-effective, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develop roadmaps, business cases, and change impact assessments.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to co-design future state models and influence executive decisions.
  • Produce high-quality architectural artefacts to guide enterprise transformation.
  • Apply best practices and drive continuous improvement in architecture and quality frameworks.
  • Have flexibility to work outside business hours for project delivery or emergency recall.
