About the IT Service Area

Located within the Strategy, Policy and Planning Division, our Information Technology service area comprises three teams:

  • ICT Categories and Contracts
  • Enterprise Architecture and Program Delivery
  • IT Operations

This role sits within the Enterprise Architecture and Program Delivery team, where strategic thinking meets execution excellence.

About your new role

As a project officer you will:

  • Support project governance, reporting, and risk management
  • Manage small-scale IT projects
  • Conduct quality reviews and track benefits
  • Assist with planning, process improvement, and financial reporting
  • Build stakeholder and vendor relationships
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a motivated Project Officer with a strong foundation in IT and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • A degree or recognised qualification in IT or a related discipline
  • Certifications in project management, agile methodologies, continuous improvement, or ITIL
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple IT tasks and projects on time
  • Experience enhancing project systems and governance within enterprise organisations
