About your role

As the Advanced Clinical Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, you'll deliver expert musculoskeletal physiotherapy services across multiple locations within Bayside Health Service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced-level assessment, treatment, and case management for complex musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Provide expert clinical advice and consultation across multi-disciplinary teams and external providers.
  • Lead service innovation, research, and the development of evidence-based clinical protocols.
  • Mentor and supervise physiotherapists, students, and allied health assistants to support professional growth.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, data analysis, and quality improvement initiatives across the service.
  • Promote interprofessional collaboration and patient-centred models of care.

About you

You are an experienced physiotherapist with advanced clinical capability and leadership in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. 

You'll bring:

  • Advanced clinical expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including complex case management.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative clinical models and research initiatives.
  • A commitment to evidence-based, patient-centred care.
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist, with postgraduate musculoskeletal qualifications highly regarded.
  • Experience with Telehealth service delivery (desirable).
