What You'll Need

Essential

Value ongoing learning and working collaboratively to build:

  • Strong classroom practices and a deep understanding of the Australian CurriculumThe ability to differentiate and adjust teaching for diverse learners, including students with disability, trauma backgrounds, and complex needs
  • Skills in data-informed planning and assessment
  • Experience or commitment to trauma-aware and inclusive practices, including regulation and co-regulation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external providers

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a complex school setting
  • Experience working with First Nations students and communities
  • Familiarity with Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) frameworks
