We are seeking a Director (Environment & Cultural Heritage) to join our team based in Brisbane.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions
• Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
Desirable qualifications
• Whilst not mandatory, a tertiary qualification in environmental science, environmental engineering, environmental management, natural resource management or equivalent will be highly regarded.
Requirements of the role
• Experience providing robust and strategic advice to senior leaders and stakeholders, using your effective communication skills.
• Ability to provide direction and support to team members and peers, whilst
modelling professional behaviour and a commitment to high performance.
• Experience with Complex environmental issues relating to construction projects (eg land contaminants - PFAS) would be highly desirable
• Experience with Federal (EPBC) and State Environmental Approvals would be highly desirable
• Experience with Cultural Heritage Processes and Agreements would be highly desirable
