Requirements of the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day accounts payable activities, including processing payments and orders, reconciling invoices, and handling corporate card reconciliations.
  • Inputting and exporting financial data using OneSchool (or equivalent systems).
  • Providing administrative and support services as directed by the Principal or Business Manager.
  • Assisting with reception duties, including handling telephone and counter enquiries.
  • Conducting stocktakes of school assets and maintaining the Asset Register.
  • Supporting timesheet administration and vacancy recording.
  • Undertaking additional tasks as required by the Principal or Business Manager.

About You:

  • Experience with OneSchool is highly regarded, though strong computer and database skills will also be advantageous.
  • You hold a current Blue Card (or are eligible to obtain one).
  • You are organised, proactive, and committed to contributing to a positive school environment.
