In the role of Advisor (Administration & Information Management) you will ensure on-point delivery of support services to program/project managers and project team members by leading and managing the delivery of Administration and Information Management unit support services across the region.
Accountabilities include:
• Lead and manage administration support services within the region including:
Vehicle fleet management, travel and accommodation management
Reception and administration support
Right to Information requests
Personal Injury Claims (PIPA)
Information and records management.
• Undertake team leader functions including but not limited to performance planning and monitoring, timesheet/leave approvals, coaching/mentoring, and career development planning, ensuring appropriate skill sets and training needs are identified and developed.
• Ensure successful business outcomes through effective resource utilisation, performance monitoring, analysis and reporting.
• Undertake a range of activities to enhance program development and project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance obligations, standards, legislation, and policies.
• Establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
• Comply with the WH&S Act, Regulations and Department Policy
