Requirements of the Role

As the Administration Officer, you may undertake work across a broad range of corporate service activities, including human resources, finance, and facilities, or focus on a specific corporate services function. You will also assist in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of corporate services that support school operations.

Your Responsibilities 

As the Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  

  • Accounts receivables duties -invoicing, receipting, daily banking and end of day process.
  • Processing payments from external parties and students, assisting with setup of payment plans for student accounts.
  • Assisting with school, parent and student reception activities (telephone and counter enquiries).
  • Maintaining student resource scheme accounts, including scholarship payment distribution.
  • Performing a variety of routine day-to-day administrative and support services as directed by the Principal or the Business Manager.
