About the Team
The Division of Medicine at Children's Health Queensland (CHQ) provides specialised medical services across a range of paediatric subspecialties. The team works within a multidisciplinary framework to deliver family-centred, evidence-based care to children and young people. It plays a vital role in managing both inpatient and outpatient services, supporting complex care needs, and contributing to research and education within the paediatric health landscape.
About the Role
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:

- Supervise and manage administrative support staff responsible to this position including preparation of rosters, management of workloads, organisation of relief where appropriate, and performance planning and review, and ensuring duties are completed efficiently and within timeframes.
