In the Advisor role, you will:
•    Process all appointments, movements and separations for all employees, ensuring accurate and approved documentation is forwarded to QCAA's payroll provider.
•    Implement quality control processes to support data integrity and correct processing of entitlements by CAA.
•    Provide advice to managers and employees on entitlements, policies, systems and processes.
•    Generate standard, detailed, and ad hoc reports from the Aurion system, using Excel to analyse and present data that supports informed workforce management decisions.
•    Identify, develop and implement new processes and systems to efficiently undertake operational activities, with a focus on creativity, innovation and the use of technology.
•    Maintain a knowledge of the legislative and industrial framework within the Queensland public sector, including sector-wide directives and policies.
•    Prepare routine correspondence as required and undertake records management processes using electronic document management systems.
•    Understand and have experience in the Job Evaluation Management System (JEMS) process for job design and evaluation relating to establishment management in the QCAA.

This role reports to the Senior Advisor. No roles report directly to this role.
