About the Team
CHQ's Health, Safety & Wellbeing team is made up of specific portfolios ranging from Injury management, Safety Systems, Safety operations, Occupational Violence, Respiratory Fit Testing and Wellbeing. With CHQ spread across both a specialist hospital location and up to 50 community sites, the safety team works intuitively to ensure support is provide to all staff, visitors and others that utilise both our services and locations across Southeast Queensland.
About the Role
In this role you will coach and support others to deliver for children, young people and families (Leader of Others) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
- Develop and facilitate opportunities to engage with the organisation on safety matters through different mediums.
- Support the integration of operational safety systems into stakeholder works, programs, and projects.
- Provide expert advice and high-level support for two safety advisors within the CHQ Health, Safety & Wellbeing team
