An exciting opportunity exists for a Nurse Navigator, to lead and deliver expert clinical leadership in the provision and coordination of contemporary, person-centred care delivered within a dynamic health environment at an advanced level based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia – Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Advanced level of autonomous clinical and professional practice.
- Advanced level of decision making in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Applies professional and clinical expertise in collaboration with nursing and midwifery and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Responsible for enacting strategies that supports a work-based culture that promotes and supports education, learning, research and workforce development.
Remuneration value up to $131 369p.a., comprising salary rates: $66.85 - $72.58p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NR7) (part time position available, 60.8 hrs p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
