An exciting opportunity exists for an allied health assistant/clinical assistant advanced. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Clinical Assistant (CA4) to join our multidisciplinary Geriatric Evaluation and Management/Rehabilitation in the Home (GEM/RHITH) team. Based at Sunshine Coast University Hospital, this role offers the unique opportunity to deliver hospital-level care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide a defined range of specialised clinical screening assessments for patients with complex needs, as delegated and allowed by testing guidelines and legislation.
- Provide a defined range of treatments for patients with complex conditions, including using decision support tools, clinical pathways, and patient guidelines.
- Identify potential changes needed in treatment programs using results from standardised assessment tools and gain endorsement to make these changes following discussion with the supervising Allied Health Professional
Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $92813 p.a., comprising salary rates: $38.36 - $41.02 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA4) (temporary part time position available for 12 months, 38.4 hrs p.f.).
