This role focuses on supporting the learning and development of students with diverse learning needs in the early years (Prep to Year 3). You will be working closely with students to implement personalised learning plans, providing strong behaviour support, and adapting teaching strategies to meet the varied needs of the classroom.

What You'll Need

  • Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and differentiation techniques. 
  • Experience with Positive Behaviour for Learning, de-escalation strategies, and trauma-informed practices. 
  • Strong ability to connect with students, showing empathy, resilience, and understanding, particularly in challenging situations. 
  • Relevant teaching qualification
  • Full or provisional QCT registration
  • Australian working rights or valid visa
  • Pre-service and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply (include practicum reports, mentor statements & unofficial transcript)
