Join DSDIP as a Project Officer (AO5) in the Capital Planning and Performance team. Your Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to place-based infrastructure planning and economic recovery initiatives. You'll support the collection, analysis, and reporting of capital planning and delivery information through the development and maintenance of systems such as the Capital Program Information Management System (CPIMS). Your work will help ensure government priorities are met through accurate data, strong governance, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Your Responsibilities - In this role, you will:
Manage and maintain the CPIMS portal and database, ensuring secure and seamless data collection.
Provide training, support, and access assistance to stakeholders using CPIMS. Analyse capital planning and delivery data to prepare reports, briefings, and correspondence.
Contribute specialist knowledge to infrastructure policy and planning initiatives. Identify and address risks related to data systems and propose improvements. Communicate ideas for process enhancements using clear visual tools such as graphs and tables.
Collaborate across teams and liaise with agencies to support strategic infrastructure planning.
Provide administrative support, including managing central email accounts and responding to queries.
