As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
• Lead our team of dedicated, passionate recruitment specialists. You will manage workload fluctuations while leading customer-focused strategic initiatives, process design and improvement. Additionally, you will help further refine our assessment centre process and candidate experience in a period of unprecedented growth.
• Develop strategies to effectively engage talent including through:
o Assessment centre processes
o Executive recruitment
o Recruitment for specialised roles
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract and retain staff, ensuring alignment with departmental goals, values and strategic workforce plan.
• Deliver volume recruitment effectively and efficiently whilst identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for our clients, candidates and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve complex HR related queries from stakeholders, providing clear and accurate advice on recruitment and general HR matters.
• Lead a recruitment team responsible for supporting our clients in a variety of regional and remote locations.
• Partner with stakeholders and leaders across the program providing data, market trends and insights to identify, recommend and support changing program priorities.
Utilise well develop consultation and relationship management skills to ensure fit for purpose, compliant and timely recruitment solutions.
• Ensure a seamless service delivery, working collaboratively with the wider People Management team.
• Use highly developed time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
• While this position is based at our Berrinba office there is a requirement to travel to our depots including those at Caboolture, Wacol, Laidley, Mutdapilly, and Burleigh Heads from time to time.
You may also have -
• A relevant qualification in Human Resources, a related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in managing high volume recruitment processes, including assessment centres, and leading a recruitment team within a Queensland public sector environment.
• Experience in preparing and analysing HR reports, providing insights to support decision making.
• Previous experience hiring volume roles in a blue collar and white-collar environment.
