About the Role
As the Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of the school's administrative and corporate services. You will work closely with the Principal to support the school's operations and strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the school's financial operations, including budgeting, purchasing, invoicing, and financial reporting in line with departmental policies.
- Overseeing administration processes such as HR, payroll support, asset management, and facilities coordination.
- Supporting the Principal with strategic financial planning, resource allocation, and compliance activities.
- Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, induction, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinating contractors, maintaining facilities and grounds schedules, and assisting with events and projects.
