We're recruiting an Inclusion Teacher to join our close-knit Prep-6 team. The successful candidate will have strong skills in functional behaviour assessment (FBA) and behaviour support, using evidence-based strategies to enhance engagement and wellbeing. They will build positive relationships with students, staff, and families, and work collaboratively to create inclusive, high-expectation learning environments. A trauma-informed, data-driven approach and clear, constructive communication are essential for this role.
