Bellevue Park State School in Ashmore is an Independent Public School offering a high-quality Prep-Year 6 education with a strong focus on the Australian Curriculum and specialist programs including Japanese and Physical Education.

Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Education Queensland's Reading Agenda and a proven ability to lead literacy improvement across the upper primary years.
  • Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.

The Perfect Fit:

  • Skilled in Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), using these frameworks to support both student wellbeing and academic success.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to step in where needed, working collaboratively as part of a strong and supportive leadership team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this role involves building strong relationships with staff, students, and families, and leading collaboratively to foster a positive, inclusive school culture.
