Your new role:
In this senior role, you will deliver high-level musculoskeletal physiotherapy services across PMMC, CMS and the musculoskeletal outpatient service while contributing to service development, quality improvement and clinical education. You will:
- Provide comprehensive MSK assessment, intervention and evaluation using evidence-based practice with growing independent clinical decision-making.
- Act as a clinical reference point, offering advice and high-level support within the physiotherapy and interprofessional team.
- Drive service improvement through developing and reviewing clinical practices, protocols and quality initiatives.
- Supervise and support HP3 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants, contributing to education and capability development.
About you:
You are an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with strong clinical reasoning, leadership capability and a passion for service excellence. You bring:
- Advanced musculoskeletal assessment and management skills, with the ability to provide high-level clinical advice.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice, service development and continuous quality improvement.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong teamwork, consumer engagement and collaboration.
- Proven ability to mentor others, manage complex caseloads and contribute to professional development within a busy outpatient environment.
