The Inclusion Teacher (Years 4–6) role at Spring Mountain State School is a full-time temporary position ASAP to 11/12/2026 and offers a unique leadership opportunity to work within a highly developed inclusion framework where individualised and personalised learning is prioritised for all students, particularly those who may have previously disengaged from education.

What You'll Need
- Relevant teaching qualification
- Full or provisional QCT registration
- Australian working rights or valid visa
- Pre-service and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply (include practicum reports, mentor statements & unofficial transcript)
- A strong belief in inclusive education and high expectations for all students
- Demonstrated experience supporting students with diverse learning, behavioural and social-emotional needs
- The ability to build the capacity of teaching teams through collaboration, coaching and professional dialogue
- Strong knowledge of inclusive pedagogy, curriculum differentiation and targeted interventions
- Confidence working with NCCD and RAR processes and using data to inform practice
- Excellent organisational, administrative and record-keeping skills, with a high level of confidentiality
- Well-developed communication skills to engage effectively with staff, families, allied health professionals and external agencies
- Flexibility, resilience and initiative to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing school environment
- A commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional learning
