The Future Leaders Graduate Program team is at the forefront of developing Queensland's next generation of public sector leaders. We design and deliver the Queensland Government's flagship graduate program, managing all aspects of advertising, recruitment, learning and development, sector-wide rotations, HR services, and stakeholder engagement. How you'll contribute:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic design and delivery of the Queensland Government's flagship graduate program, driving best practice recruitment, innovative program improvements, and a seamless, inclusive candidate experience. You will champion diversity, wellbeing and safe workplace practices and assist with coordinating impactful graduate development initiatives to build a future-ready workforce. By fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders and leveraging data-driven insights, you will enhance program performance, strengthen its reputation, and provide expert HR advice to support organisational goals.

You'll bring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational and project management skills, and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships. With experience in large-scale or graduate recruitment, providing HR advice and business improvement, you'll be well-equipped to deliver impactful outcomes.
