Permanent part-time Neuropsychologist (38 hours per fortnight) based at Logan Hospital, Meadowbrook, delivering inpatient neuropsychology assessment and intervention within a supportive multidisciplinary team, with an initial 6-month appointment and the possibility of extension.

Your new role:
In this role, you will deliver high-quality inpatient neuropsychology services while working collaboratively within the Psychology Department and broader multidisciplinary team, by:
- Conducting comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and cognitive interventions to support patients and their families/carers
- Contributing to discharge planning and patient education within an interprofessional care model
- Managing an allocated caseload using effective prioritisation, documentation and reporting practices
- Participating in clinical education, including supervision of students and allied health assistants as appropriate
- Contributing to quality improvement and research activities under the guidance of senior neuropsychologists
About you:
You are a motivated and compassionate neuropsychologist who is developing your clinical expertise and enjoys working in a hospital-based, team-focused environment, with:
- Eligibility for general registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA and completion of an APAC-accredited four-year psychology qualification
- Current enrolment in, or completion of, Clinical Neuropsychology/Neuropsychology Registrar training
- Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based, patient-centred neuropsychological assessment and intervention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams
- A commitment to ongoing professional development, quality improvement and ethical practice
